Loved it! we had a truly relaxing weekend with all the family – approximately 15 of us – every single one of us enjoyed our stay…The hosts are lovely and make you feel at home. The scenery is amazing – you can’t get any better than this. Absolutely fantasic place to stay, especially if you have young children like we do, they just loved it. The rooms are clean and tidy and very welcoming. If you’re looking for the real kiwi summer pad – look nowhere else but here!

Very nice motel. We had a wooden bungalow (actually for at least 6 people) on our ownwith direct beach access and views. Even equipped with washing machine and dryer.Super nice staff. Since it was low season has made us a great offer for 2 nights.
Certainly a good alternative to a hotel in Auckland, as it is within 30 minutes in the middle of the city and not have to use the fee-based tunnel.
